Aceversity

Ambassador program

Be Aceversity’s exclusive ambassador at your school

Tell your classmates about the study app that turns their syllabi into a plan, daily practice and exam prep. Every student at your school who subscribes earns you money — and it keeps adding up.

$1

for every student at your school who starts paying

+$1

more when they’re still subscribed a year later

Only one ambassador per school

How it works

  1. Apply

Tell us your school and how you’d spread the word. It takes two minutes.

  2. Get your school

We review every application and approve one ambassador per school. If your school is taken, we’ll let you know.

  3. Spread the word

Share Aceversity with classmates, clubs and study groups — in person and online, honestly and without spam.

  4. Get paid monthly

We count new paying students at your school every day and pay what you’ve earned each month by PayPal, Venmo or gift card.

What you earn

You earn for every student at your school who becomes a paying subscriber after you’re approved — you don’t need to track who heard about it from you.

$1 per new paying student

When a student at your school makes their first payment (after any free trial).

+$1 when they stay a year

When that same subscription is still active one year after their first payment.

Examples of what an ambassador earns
Students at your schoolWhen they subscribeA year laterTotal
10 paying students$10+$10$20
100 paying students$100+$100$200
1,000 paying students$1,000+$1,000$2,000

Example: if 1,000 students at your school subscribe, you earn $1,000 — and another $1,000 a year later for everyone who’s still subscribed.

Program terms

Last updated September 29, 2026

1. Who can apply

You must be at least 18 years old, currently enrolled at (or recently graduated from) the school you apply for, and able to receive payments by PayPal, Venmo or gift card. Aceversity employees and their households can’t take part. The program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. One ambassador per school

We review every application and approve at most one ambassador per school. We decide which students belong to a school by its web domain (for example purdue.edu): a student counts when a course they’ve added comes from that school’s syllabus, or when their Aceversity account uses an email address at that domain. We may decline any application, and we don’t guarantee a school to anyone who applies first.

3. What you earn when students subscribe

You earn $1 for each student at your school whose first payment for Aceversity is made after the date we approve you. Free trials, gift subscriptions, account credit and refunded or disputed payments don’t count; your own account doesn’t count; students who paid before you were approved don’t count; and each student counts only once, for one ambassador.

4. The one-year bonus

You earn another $1 for each of those students whose same subscription is still active one year after their first payment. If they cancel before then — even if they later subscribe again — the bonus for that student isn’t earned.

5. Payments

Earnings are counted daily. We pay the total you’ve earned and haven’t been paid yet once a month, within 15 days after the month ends, by the method you chose. Amounts are in US dollars. We may hold a payment while we look into unusual activity. You’re responsible for giving us correct payment details.

6. How to be an ambassador

Be honest about what Aceversity is and does. Don’t spam, don’t post where it isn’t allowed, don’t pretend to speak for your school, don’t offer students money or anything else to subscribe, and don’t create accounts or pay for subscriptions yourself to earn credits. Follow your school’s rules and the rules of every platform you use. We may remove any ambassador who breaks these rules, and earnings from breaking them aren’t paid.

7. Taxes

You’re responsible for any taxes on what you earn. If you’re in the United States and earn $600 or more in a calendar year, we’ll ask for a Form W-9 before paying more and may issue you a Form 1099. Ambassadors are independent — not employees, agents or representatives of Aceversity.

8. Stepping down or ending

You can step down at any time by emailing us. After that, new paying students no longer count, but you still earn the one-year bonus for students who were already counted, and we pay everything you earned. We may end the program or your participation at any time; unless we remove you for breaking these terms, we’ll pay what you’d earned up to then, including those bonuses.

9. Changes

We may change these terms or the amounts. Changes apply only to students whose first payment comes after the change, and we’ll email ambassadors before they take effect.

10. Your information

We use your name, email, school and payment details only to run the program and pay you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don’t share which students subscribed with you — only how many.
