Questions
- What happens after the year?
- Their access simply ends — nobody is charged. If they’d like to keep going, they can add their own card in Settings before the year is up.
- What if they already have Aceversity?
- No problem. If they already pay, the gift becomes $49.99 of credit that pays their next bills. If they’re already on a gift year, it adds another year.
- Does the code expire?
- No. Their year starts on the day they redeem it, not the day you buy it.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, as long as the gift hasn’t been redeemed yet. Email hello@aceversity.com from the address you paid with.
